How is Chat different from Platform?
Chat is a consumer product: monthly subscription, web search, legal research, document analysis. Platform is for developers: API access, model catalog, deployments, fine-tuning, pay-as-you-go billing.
How do seats and teams work?
Every paid tier is priced per seat per month. Add seats for teammates and they share one balance with central billing. The seat cap depends on the tier: up to 50 on Pro, 20 on Plus, and 10 on Premium.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes. Cancel your current plan and subscribe to the new tier. Unused Chat credit stays on your balance, so nothing is lost.
Do you offer discounts?
We occasionally run promotions and conference offers. Check for active codes when you sign up.
Is there a free tier?
Yes. New Chat and Platform users get CA$2.00 CAD of free credit after email confirmation. Platform also has Pay As You Go with no minimum, so you can test before spending.
What currency do you use?
